Transfers

If you are coming by plane, we offer you the possibility for pick from the airport (Roma Fiumicino) or Albinia. 

Albinia is reachable by train. First you need to take the train from Roma Fiumicimo to Roma Termini, you have one every half hour. There you take the train to Albinia, which takes around two hours. You have a train every hour to Albinia. 

Prices: 

• Pick-up Roma Fiumicimo: two hour drive €250 
• Pick-up Albinia: one hour drive €150                                                    

​Food

If you want to have the freedom to cook yourself or want to have the luxury of a cook, it's possible in Casale La Memoria. 

Option one

You have the kitchen and its tools to yourself. You do your own grocery shopping, cook you own meals and clean up after yourself. We do ask a flat rate of € 20 a day for the use of the kitchen. 

Option two

Full board: € 50 pp

Guidance

1-to-1 sessions

If you are in need of a massage, some guidance, we offer one to one session. 

Price: €50 pp

Energy places

The Maremma is filled with powerful places, sites where you can find yourself. Els can guide you there with stories, feelings, meditation, silence... The ride there and the guidance is €20 pp
